Meet Chris
Born and raised in a small cozy town on the Norwegian west coast. After my studies in rainy Bergen I ended up in Stavanger – where I am loving the perks of living in a big city. With my wife being from Stavanger it was an easy choice.

I started my career in the HVAC/VVS industry before moving towards oil & gas, like many others from our region. My interest in a green and sustainable future has always been evident – and it did not take me long to shift focus and follow my instincts.

As a person I consider myself organized and that I like to maintain a certain structure to what I do. Still, what gives me the most joy, is if I can contribute to make other people’s day a little bit easier – or a little bit better.

When I’m not at work I spend most of my time with my wife and two kids, and try to squeeze in a session of football or two every week.

Educational Background
Bachelor in Marketing – Handelshøyskolen BI Bergen, with specialization in HRM – Human Resource Management.

What is the quality you value most in others?
I must say that I value a positive mindset and a warm heart!

What is the best advice you have been given?
Treat others how you want to be treated – an advice I try to live by every day, both in my work and my daily life.

What has life been at Easee so far?
Since I started my career at Easee in May 2020, I can honestly say that I have improved as a person on so many levels. At work, as a father and as a husband. What really blows my mind every day I step into the office is the people I meet and the energy they give out.

Genuinely good people that is all part of a unique business culture, working and pushing each other to strive for great things. I am very grateful to be part of the amazing sales team and our unique Easee family!

What are you most proud of?
This might sound weird, but I am most proud of every decision I have ever taken. Not all of them were the good kind, but they have formed me into the person I am today. My decisions have also led me to where I am today, having the most beautiful family in the world and having the best place in the world to go to work!

Fun fact
In the early 2003 me and a friend of mine were out on the sea, driving a small boat in the waves of the Danish ferry in in my hometown. What we did not anticipate was that we eventually got an engine stop right in front of the ferry. The ship is massive, and we had to “jump the boat” when it was a few meters away. Luckily, we were picked up by a local watching the whole incident. The story made the national news and the major papers in the country. Really stupid maneuver – but we kind of enjoyed the publicity! 😂
